In the heart of Heidelberg, just 400m from the main train station, a new dormitory with 349 attractive apartments was built. The fully furnished single (20m ²) and double apartments (38m ²) take into account the needs of students everyday life and offer enough space for individual ideas. Spacious common areas such as lounge, kitchen, fitness and kicker playing room, roof terraces and sports activity areas offer many opportunities for a common leisure time. The house with passive house standard has a future-oriented energy concept with low labor costs. Softly combined materials and colors create a comfortable atmosphere both in the rooms and in the communal areas. Individual design elements and high-quality furniture signify the design concept.
