Construction of a new mixed-use complex

The future looks bright, with the Marvel Artiza retail and commercial building: It will offer attractive space with five storeys of offices and a shopping mall surrounding a central, light-filled atrium. Visible from a distance, the rectangular new building is located on an access road to Hubli, an Indian city with more than a million inhabitants. The architects designed the façade as a vertical garden: plantings help block the sun, create privacy, and draw attention in the urban landscape.
