HCP Design and Project Management Pvt. Ltd. (HCPDPM) provides professional services in Architectural Design, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Master Planning, Project Management and Interior Design. From its modest beginning in 1960 with a headcount of 3, today it is a large practice with a workforce of 150+.
Its work portfolio is extensive and diverse and spans across Educational Institutions, Townships, Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Corporate Offices, Commercial Complexes, Residential Enclaves, Museums, Industrial Plants, Pharmaceutical Facilities and Private Residences amongst others. The firm adopts good management practices while striving for excellence in design, planning and construction. It is also known for timely delivery of the projects within prescribed budgets. Currently, the practice is led by Hasmukh C Patel's son, Bimal Patel, an Architect - Planner.

HCPDPM is the recipient of several prestigious awards and accolades including the Aga Khan Award for Architecture (1992) and the Prime Ministers National Award for excellence in Urban Planning and Design (2003). It has also contributed to the foundation and evolution of Environmental Planning Collaborative (EPC) a not-for-profit urban planning, research and advocacy organization, Geographis (India) Pvt. Ltd., a mapping and GIS company, TDW Furniture Pvt. Ltd., a furniture design and manufacturing company and HCP Interior Architecture Pvt. Ltd. (HCPIA). All of them are autonomous and function independently.
